An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

As a Lettings Negotiator youll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties.
Booking and conducting property viewings.
Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants.
Keeping landlords updated with marketing feedback viewings and offers.
Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move in.
Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
Generating new business opportunities through proactive networking and canvassing.
Assisting with market appraisals and winning new instructions.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance throughout the lettings process.
Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.

27500 to 28000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of 35000.

Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 5:45pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm (30 minute lunch)
Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm on a 2-on 2-off rota with a full day in lieu after working two Saturdays.
