Job description
Position: Site Manager Location: Harrow Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate Start Available Site Manager Role in an Outstanding Primary School An Outstanding Primary School in Harrow is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and operating efficiently. You will oversee maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractors, security, and general site operations while supporting the smooth running of the school. This role requires a practical and organised individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a range of facilities responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the school site Ensure the premises are safe, secure, and compliant with regulations Coordinate contractors, repairs, and maintenance work Complete and maintain health and safety checks and records Oversee security, cleaning, and site support services Manage premises-related budgets and procurement where required Support emergency procedures and risk management Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for pupils and staff The School Environment This Outstanding Primary School in Harrow provides a positive and inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their best.
