The successful candidate will deliver a dynamic curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The timetable focuses on drawing foundations, color theory, and sculptural techniques at Key Stage 3, moving to advanced thematic portfolios, mixed-media composition, and critical art history evaluation for GCSE and A-Level cohorts. You will also manage studio material stocks, coordinate the design of the school's digital exhibition portfolio, and organize local gallery excursions and end-of-year exhibitions. You will support students in developing their unique artistic voices while keeping detailed, systematic progress records. Excellent time management is required to balance hands-on studio guidance with the rigorous coursework moderation cycle.
