Job description
Firm A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Conveyancer to join its supportive and ambitious property team. The firm is committed to delivering excellent client service while providing a collaborative environment where individuals can continue to develop and progress their careers.Role The successful candidate will have practical experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload and will be responsible for managing matters from instruction through to completion. This opportunity would suit an experienced conveyancer who has developed their expertise through hands-on experience, whether through a traditional qualification route or by building their knowledge and skills within a residential property environment. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, committed to providing an excellent client experience and keen to continue their professional development within a forward-thinking team.Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Providing clear and proactive communication to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and attention to detail
