Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester Salary: up to £39,000 (depending on experience) Service: 2-bed EBD Children's Home The Role Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home. Act as a Key Worker. Complete care plans, daily recordings and risk assessments. Build positive relationships with young people. Work closely with education, social workers and other professionals. Support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and compliance. Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people. Essential Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience within children's residential care.
