About the Role The successful candidate will teach Art across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to experiment, develop technical skills, and express their creativity. Students explore a wide range of artistic disciplines including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, mixed media, and digital art. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations while encouraging independent thinking and the development of personal artistic styles. You will also contribute to the wider life of the department through exhibitions, art clubs, competitions, workshops, and enrichment activities that showcase students' work and celebrate creativity.
