We are looking for a committed, knowledgeable, and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Harbottl, Morpeth. In this vital role, you will support the Nurse in Charge and take an active lead in overseeing a team of Support Workers to ensure that every resident receives the highest possible standard of person-centred care.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support with daily living activities, encouraging independence, and safeguarding the dignity and well-being of each individual. You will also take on key clinical responsibilities such as administering medication, contributing to care planning, and ensuring accurate documentation.
You will play a central role in creating a homely, nurturing environment by coordinating meaningful activities, supporting residents with mobility and personal care, and liaising closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals. This is a role where your leadership skills and commitment to exceptional care can make a real and lasting difference in people's lives.
