Registered Manager - Newly Opened Children's Home Location: Berwick upon Tweed (North East England) Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + up to £6,000 Performance-Related Pay Contract: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role Are you a compassionate, values-driven leader ready to shape a brand-new service from the ground up? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Registered Manager to establish the culture, team, and standards of a newly opened children's home in Berwick upon Tweed. Backed by an established, award-winning care group with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care, you will lead the home in accordance with Ofsted requirements, the Quality Standards, and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: £50,000 - £65,000 base salary + up to £6,000 PRP.
