A well-established legal practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to join its dedicated Childcare Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare practitioner looking to step into a stable role with genuine long-term progression prospects.
What's on offer:
The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload of Childcare Law matters from instruction through to conclusion. This role is focused exclusively on Childcare work, with no involvement in Private Family Law, which is handled by a separate team.
A strong background in Childcare Law is essential, with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. The role also requires confidence in advocacy and regular attendance at court.
Applicants should ideally hold The Law Society's Children Law Accreditation and have an established Children's Guardian following.
