The service comprises three modern four-bedroom homes, each offering en-suite bedrooms alongside spacious communal lounges, fully equipped kitchens, quiet rooms and landscaped gardens. Every aspect of the environment has been designed to promote independence while providing personalised support tailored to individual needs.

Located close to Peterborough town centre, Crown Mews provides easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants, leisure facilities and community activities, enabling the people we support to build meaningful relationships and actively participate in their local community.

At Glenholme Specialist Healthcare, we are committed to helping every individual achieve greater independence, develop life skills and live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational leadership, quality and performance of the service.

Working closely with your Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead a skilled and motivated team while ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for every individual we support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of the Supported Living service
  • Recruiting, developing and supporting a high-performing team
  • Managing staff supervision, appraisals and performance
  • Creating and reviewing person-centred support plans
  • Supporting individuals and their families to make informed choices about their care and independence
  • Managing budgets, resources and medication systems
  • Monitoring quality, audits and compliance with CQC regulations
  • Promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) throughout the service
  • Building strong partnerships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and external agencies
  • Driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a recognised professional qualification such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work
  • Excellent knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality governance
