I'm currently working with a range of SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex, supporting them in recruiting passionate educators who want to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.

Previous SEND experience is beneficial, but many successful educators come from mainstream education, care, youth work, coaching and mentoring backgrounds.
If you don't currently hold one, you'll need to apply through us. I'll guide you through the process, though the cost is covered by the applicant.
As part of safeguarding, we'll also require references covering a total of 24 months of employment history (where possible), alongside a full employment and education history.
