Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

Plant & Fleet department,

What will you be doing?

Delivering excellent customer service by delivering what is promised, helping internal customers with whatever enquiry / problem that needs to be solved.

Gathering information from various sources to assist in resolving complaints. Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Follow through tasks so they are completed on time and correctly; putting in the required effort to deal with sometimes high workloads.

Organisation & Multi-tasking; this is a multi-faceted role with a number of work streams all running concurrently at all times; excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking are a key skill.

Systems and Word, Excel; good level of experience working on IT software systems; open minded and quick to learn new systems, good Word and Excel skills.

Quality Control: passion to deliver good quality, accurate work which is process driven and methodically produced.

What you’ll bring

Deliver 100% VED compliance across all fleet and plant assets

Effectively challenge NIPs and PCNs, evidencing and reporting cost savings

Ensure all damage charges are processed in line with MHA/SLA agreements

Develop and maintain a robust accident management process

Meet or exceed all SLA and P&L targets

Ensure timely completion of reports, budgets, and performance targets

Build strong working relationships with the wider M Group Plant & Fleet teams

Experience in the Plant and Fleet industry.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Understanding of complex data.

Good IT and system experience, understanding and use of scheduling systems and telephony systems.

Ability to deal with complex customer requirements and dispute resolution.
