This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting young children during the early stages of their education. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences while meeting the individual needs of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver stimulating lessons that encourage curiosity, communication, and independence. • Plan and deliver engaging Early Years learning experiences tailored to individual needs
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's development
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning and wellbeing
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with a range of learning and developmental needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support positive outcomes
  • Promote children's communication, social skills, independence, and emotional development

As the Ideal Early Years Teacher, You Should Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within an Early Years setting, ideally supporting children with SEND
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A patient, creative, and nurturing approach to teaching and learning
  • A genuine commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
