We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our Food & Beverage operation and create exceptional experiences for our guests.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, supporting team members and helping to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Training and development opportunities
Support the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage departments
Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service across all food and beverage areas
Support, coach and motivate team members during service
Assist with the organisation and delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
Ensure service standards are maintained consistently across all outlets
Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and effectively
Support stock control, ordering and operational administration where required
Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company standards
Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues
Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and support others
Organised and able to perform effectively in a busy environment
Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
Flexible and willing to support different areas of the Food & Beverage operation
