Escape Recruitment is working exclusively with an established facilities management business in Livingston to recruit a Customer Coordinator.
This isn't a call centre and it isn't a sales role.
You'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial customers, making sure maintenance requests are managed from start to finish. One minute you'll be speaking with a customer, the next you'll be arranging engineers, updating clients, coordinating subcontractors or making sure urgent jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
No two days are the same.
Previous facilities management experience isn't essential. If you've worked within customer service, operations, scheduling, logistics, service coordination or another busy office environment, we'd love to hear from you.
