Job description
Lead Generator — Paid Weekly, No Experience Needed Fed up with waiting a month to get paid? Here you get paid every week — and there's a bonus on top of that, every single week too. We're after people who love a good chat, aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and want a job that actually rewards them for showing up and doing well. What you get: £24,784.50 base salary — paid weekly, not monthly Bonuses every week — most of the team add another £200–£400 on top Real progression — this is a stepping stone into Sales Executive roles, not a dead end Weekends off — Monday to Friday only Based at an established, 25+ year business — not a startup that might not be here in six months What you'll actually be doing: Speaking to people on the phone, generating warm leads for the sales team Qualifying customers, booking appointments, keeping the pipeline moving Working to targets you can actually hit — fast-paced and genuinely rewarding when you're on form You don't need insurance experience. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, a call centre, or anywhere on the phones — you already have what it takes. We'll teach you the rest. Based in Chorley, PR7 — free parking, good team, easy to get to. Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:20am–6:30pm, Friday 9:00am–3:00pm. Start date: 3rd August 2026.
