This is a role for someone who is as comfortable leading a major campaign as they are improving production systems, mentoring teams, pitching to clients and exploring how AI is changing the future of content creation.

Job Requirements

The Role

Production is one of Jungle's biggest competitive advantages.

As Head of Production & Innovation, you will lead our production department across social-first content, creator partnerships and integrated campaigns, while helping redefine how modern production operates inside a social agency.

You'll lead our producers and editors, oversee our biggest productions and play an active role in agency leadership. Alongside delivering exceptional work today, you'll build the production systems, workflows and AI capabilities that allow us to create better work, faster and at greater scale tomorrow.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience
• Significant experience leading production within a social, creative or integrated agency.
• A strong track record producing social-first content and integrated campaigns.
• Experience managing production teams and external production partners.
• Strong commercial understanding across budgeting, scoping and resource planning.
• Experience working directly with senior clients.
• Proven ability to improve production operations and build scalable delivery models.
• Demonstrable experience using AI throughout the production process, including video generation, editing, creative development and production automation.

Skills:
• Exceptional production leadership.
• Strong commercial judgement.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Deep understanding of modern social production.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Be Responsible For

Production Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performing production team that consistently delivers outstanding work.

You will:

• Inspire, coach and develop producers, editors and freelance partners. Create a culture of creative excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure the team is structured and resourced to deliver efficiently at every stage of growth. Raise production standards across every client and campaign.

Production Excellence:

You'll remain hands-on across our most important work.

You will:

• Lead major social-first productions from concept through delivery.
• Oversee integrated campaigns, creator partnerships and commercial productions.
• Ensure every project balances creative ambition, operational excellence and commercial discipline.
• Champion production quality across everything we create.

AI Innovation & Scalable Production:

You'll define how AI transforms production at Jungle.

We're looking for someone who is already experimenting with AI video generation and production workflows, and who sees technology as a creative multiplier rather than simply an efficiency tool.

You will:

• Build AI-enabled production workflows across ideation, pre-production, editing, localisation and content adaptation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify where they create genuine creative or commercial advantage.
• Develop scalable production systems capable of delivering high-quality content at significantly greater speed and volume.
• Help creative teams explore new formats and production possibilities through AI.
• Embed experimentation and continuous innovation into the production department.

Commercial Leadership:

Production excellence only matters if it works commercially.

You will:

• Own production scoping, budgeting and resource planning.
• Drive profitability through effective planning and production management.
• Support new business pitches with production expertise and creative solutions.
• Identify smarter ways of working that improve efficiency without reducing quality.

Agency Leadership:

As part of the Senior Management Team you'll help shape the future of the agency.

You will:
• Influence business strategy and operational development.
• Improve collaboration across Strategy, Creative, Client Services and Production.
• Build production capability that supports Jungle's long-term growth.
• Champion innovation across the wider agency.

Client Leadership:

You'll become a trusted production partner to our clients.

You will:
• Lead production conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Present production approaches with confidence and authority.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional delivery and strategic thinking.
