We are currently looking to recruit a Chief F & B Steward to join the Back of House team at The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:
The role of Chief F&B Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the back of house operation, alongside the back of house manager.
You will manage all cutlery and crockery stock takes, highlighting any concerns to departments. You will ensure that all goods received are thoroughly checked.
The role of Chief F&B Steward will assist the training, coaching and development of the food and beverage stewards ensuring feedback to measure training effectiveness.
Identification of training needs and requirements in F&B back of house.
Compilation of health and safety audits in Excel document alongside the back of house manager.
About You:
Current Back of House supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
Demonstrates ability to proactively priorities business needs, drive and support the back of house operations teams.
Displays a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist internal & external clients.
To be up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
To have health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
