Why this role matters: This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Commercial Property team. Youll be involved in interesting and complex work for a broad range of clients giving you the opportunity to further develop your technical skills grow your network and make a meaningful contribution to the teams continued success.

What youll do

Youll advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters and support the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied portfolio of work. Youll:

• Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions disposals landlord and tenant matters telecoms and asset management work.
• Act for a diverse client base including investors lenders landlords and tenants.
• Lead transactions from inception through to completion providing pragmatic commercially focused advice throughout.
• Support clients involved in strategic development including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless high-quality client service.
• Play an active role in business development networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
