Incredibly busy real estate disputes team of 1 partner and 3 fee earners is interested in hiring at senior associate / legal director level with a short track to partner.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation Senior Associate to join a highly regarded London practice with an impressive client base spanning both the UK and international markets. You will become part of a close-knit, high-performing team led by a well-respected Partner whose thriving practice continues to grow. The workload is varied, complex and of consistently high quality, encompassing the full spectrum of commercial property disputes for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers, private clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Property Litigation works closely alongside an established Real Estate department and a highly regarded Commercial Disputes practice, creating significant opportunities for cross-referrals and business development.

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys building long-term client relationships, is confident networking and developing business, and wants to play a genuine role in the continued growth of the practice. The Partner is extremely busy, offering the successful candidate immediate exposure to excellent quality work, significant responsibility and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to clients from day one.

Crucially, this is not simply another Senior Associate position. The firm is seeking an individual with partnership potential, offering a transparent route with previous years' experience recognised and credited towards future partnership progression.
