Registered Manager – Children's Home Total Package: £60,364 - £73,808 per annum (7-bed children's home) PLUS a long-term incentive bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year . As a Registered Manager, you'll create a safe, secure and nurturing environment where both your team and the young people can thrive. Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. Their holistic approach ensures every aspect of a young person's development is supported, with multidisciplinary teams including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical professionals working together to deliver positive outcomes. Get out what you put in By managing the day-to-day operations of the home and maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways towards becoming well-rounded adults. You'll play an active role in assessing new referrals and will have the opportunity to lead a high-quality children's home, ensuring young people receive the care, stability and support they deserve.
