As the automotive industry evolves at pace were looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance influencing strategic decisions and leading financial excellence across our MVS business.

This is more than a reporting role. Its an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders shape pricing strategy improve profitability and help steer the future direction of a key business unit.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be at the heart of commercial decision-making providing robust financial insight strategic challenge and actionable recommendations that drive performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading pricing and customer profitability analysis supporting commercial tenders and ensuring profitable growth.
• Owning budgeting and forecasting processes delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.
• Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better faster decision-making.
• Identifying risks opportunities and performance trends across sites and workstreams to maximise margin and profitability.
• Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business providing support challenge and commercial guidance.
• Leading and developing a small team while acting as deputy to the MVS Finance Director when required.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.

Youll bring:

• ACA ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• The ability to translate complex financial data into compelling business recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to improve outcomes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting tools with Power BI experience advantageous.
