You'll take ownership of the finance function, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.\n

\n This is a broad, hands-on position offering genuine autonomy and variety. Alongside producing high-quality management information, you'll help strengthen financial controls, support compliance, and provide valuable insight as the business continues to grow.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n
    \n
  • Produce monthly management accounts, financial reporting and commercial insight to support business performance.
    • \n
  • Lead the day-to-day finance function, including cash flow management, payroll, VAT, and financial controls.
    • \n
  • Oversee client money compliance, audit preparation, AML processes, and financial governance across the business.
    • \n
  • Partner with operational teams to improve financial reporting accuracy, project profitability, and business performance.
    • \n
About You\n
\n
    \n
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance / accounting role, with responsibility for management accounts and cash flow.
    • \n
  • Experience within the property sector would be beneficial
    • \n
  • Ideally CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
    • \n
  • Strong accounting systems experience, together with advanced Excel skills.
    • \n
  • Experience managing financial controls, compliance, audit processes, and statutory reporting within an SME environment.
    • \n
