An average day as a Sales Manager

• Training and coaching your sales staff ensuring they deliver consistent excellent service and achieve monthly sales and CSI targets
• Maintaining fantastic presentation standards within your dealership and in digital and online images and video.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews
• Ensure the smooth running of your sales department effectively and profitably carefully controlling volume and margin KPIs.
• Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
• Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency enhancing the customer experience Professionalism is always your top priority.
• Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5 star service.

About you

• You will have fantastic people skills and thrive working in a customer-facing environment
• You will be a natural manager communicating effectively with your team and have the ability to demonstrate leadership and direction
• You will be results driven with the desire to succeed
• Strong motivational and coaching skills with the focus on bringing the best out of your team.
• You may not currently work in the motor industry but you will already have sales management experience.
• A positive motivated and empathetic approach with the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your people skills that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.
• We want you to love what you do The rest will come naturally.
• A full UK driving license
