HR Administrator - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Location: Elgin

Our client, a reputable organisation based in Elgin, is hiring for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term basis for six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy HR department and gain valuable experience within a supportive environment.
What you'll be doing:
\n * Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records and documentation
\n * Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new starters
\n * Responding to employee queries and maintaining effective communication channels
\n * Supporting the organisation of training sessions and HR events
\n * Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
What you'll bring:
\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
\n * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\n * Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR systems
\n * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired skills:
\n * Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
\n * Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Education & Certifications:
\n * A good standard of education, with relevant certifications in HR or administration considered an advantage
