Salary: 30000 salary & 65000 predicted first year OTE (Uncapped)

As a Business Development Executive youll be the driving force behind PHMGs growth.
Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
30000 basic salary rising to 35000 after 3 months of hitting target.
Quarterly pay rises of 2000 based on performance.
Uncapped commission top performers earn 100000 annually.
Monthly team bonuses and daily/weekly cash incentives.
Profit share pay outs through our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
