As a Maths Lecturer, you will play a key role in supporting learners to develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence, and problem solving skills. You will deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to achieve their qualifications and progress to further study, apprenticeships, or employment. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to learners across a range of programmes and levels. Teach GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths qualifications. Develop engaging and inclusive learning activities that meet the needs of diverse learners. Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progress and achievement. Monitor and track learner performance, attendance, and engagement. Identify and implement strategies to support students requiring additional assistance.
