A long-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Faades Manager to join the delivery team on a major refurbishment project in Warrington, involving the replacement of external wall cladding, faade systems and reroofing works at a live education facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing external envelope packages to take ownership of a technically challenging scheme from start to finish.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the external envelope package, overseeing all faade, cladding and reroofing works to ensure they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working within a live educational environment, you'll be expected to carefully plan and coordinate works to minimise disruption while maintaining excellent communication with the client, consultants and project stakeholders.
