Senior Business Analyst

SUMMARY

We are looking for aSeniorBusiness Analyst who is highlyclient facingfocused andeager tohelp shape the future of our digital successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exciting new project for one of our key clients in industrial manufacturing. This project is focussed on creating a new customer portal for our clients customers which will be abusiness criticaldigital channel for them.

The project sits within a broader programme of work where we are helping our client to transform their digital estate. You will be collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from across the globe. The technology platform of choice for this work is Adobe and the successful candidate will need to havesignificant experienceof working with AEM.

You should be a strong communicator who can collaborate at all levels and advise our clientstakeholders and our internal teamsintheirdecision making.

WHAT YOULL DO

Sitting betweenUXtechnicaldevelopment and client BA teamstheSeniorBusinessAnalyst willdrive the creation of detailedcomponentand page template specifications within JIRA. Acting as anintegral part of the experience design process the Senior BAwilluse their AEM knowledge and experience tosupport the creation of a completesuite of authoring tools.

Responsibilitieswill include;

• Requirement gathering workshopsinterviewsand deepdive sessions.
• Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements across the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to successful sign-off.
• Creatingdetailed functionaltickets withcomprehensive acceptance criteriafor complex AEMcomponentand templates.
• Collaboratingwith all internal and external teams to fully develop requirements by highlighting edge case scenarios and helping toanticipateGAPs and unknowns.
• Activelyresolving blockersand unknownsrelating to requirements and scope.
• Proactivelysupportingclient product ownerstocapture& finaliserequirement detail and articulatedecisions to the wider team.
• Transferring completed functional tickets to the client BAs and ensuring all details are understood.
• Helpingprioritisebacklog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
• Servingas the single point of contact for all matters relating to scope andrelateddecisions.
• Contributingand partakingin all agile ceremonies including daily stand-upsplanningrefinementdemosandretrospectives.
• Helping toidentifyopportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.

WHAT YOUVE GOT

• Total experience should bea minimum of6years.
• Experience of working with AEM to deliver projects is mandatory
• Experience of B2B manufacturing is highly desirable but not essential
• Experience capturing and managing requirement across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience writing & clarifying user stories & detailed acceptance criteriain JIRA.
• Experience working with and advising client product owners.
• Experience working with cross functional teams (UX UI data development).
• Demonstratable understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working on large-scale development programmes with international teams.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA Confluence & Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders of all levels.
• Ability tofacilitatethe resolution of complex problems.
• Ability to produce clear documentation with high attention to detail.
• Ability to express ideas in an articulate and concise manner.
• Collaborative attitude with strong communications skills.
• English proficient.
• Sense of humour!
