Job title: Multimodal Freight Coordinator Location: Wolverhampton, WV10 Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE Multimodal Freight Coordinator Overview My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Coordinator to join a well-established and growing freight forwarding business based in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused logistics professional with experience across air, sea and road freight operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international freight movements from booking through to final delivery, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly and cost-effectively while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Multimodal Freight Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate international Air, Ocean and Road Freight import and export shipments from start to finish. Manage customer bookings, ensuring shipment requirements are understood and executed accurately. Arrange transport with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and courier partners. Prepare and process all relevant freight documentation, including: Air Waybills (MAWB & HAWB) Bills of Lading CMR documentation Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates of Origin Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure timely shipment movements.
