Our client
Our client is a global strategic technology and payments partner. They deliver seamless personalised shopping experiences to over 29m international shoppers who in turn generate 22.9bn revenue.
With 2000 employees spread across 50 countries they integrate with 300000 point of sale systems in a number of luxury retailers and brands including Harrods Selfridges John Lewis Libertys Apple Cartier De Beers Hermès Rolex Dior and Jimmy Choo.
Their products include tax-free shopping smart data and intelligence marketing and sales POS technology and payment solutions.
The role
The Associate Product Manager (APM) will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to oversee the development of new initiatives that contribute to a high-quality member base primed for conversion opportunities. This role will contribute to the development of the registration onboarding and member experience.
The APM develops products that ensure customers are able to enrol as members across all consumer touchpoints and that they remain motivated to maintain their membership use services and to provide high quality data on shopping preferences.
Were looking for someone with a background in Digital Marketing or CRM that has an interest in developing their career working on marketing products. This is not a tactical marketing role but rather combines strategic commercial and the management of technical counterparts.
