We are partnering with a highly successful, long established, and rapidly growing manufacturer, importer and wholesale retailer based on the outskirts of Manchester. Following significant expansion, technology has become a cornerstone of their UK and global operations.
With further growth planned, they are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of IT / IT Manager to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the MD, offering accountability for the IT landscape and a seat at the table to influence wider business decisions.
The RoleAs the Head of IT / IT Manager, you will take full ownership of the IT function. You will lead, mentor, and support a small internal team, whilst effectively managing relationships with external IT partners.
This role requires a blend of strategic vision and technical knowledge. You will be responsible for defining the future systems architecture and roadmap, whilst remaining close enough to the technology to ensure seamless daily operations.
