The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress youll be an important part of our front-of-house team delivering exceptional food and drink service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly professional and attentive table service
  
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm positive attitude
  
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
  
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard
  
• Building excellent relationships with guests and delivering exceptional customer service
  
• Assisting with setting up and closing the restaurant
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  
• Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service
  
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
  
• Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive dining experience
  

What Were Looking For

Youll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a restaurant hotel gastro pub or similar hospitality environment
  
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  
• A positive can-do attitude
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• The ability to work well within a team
  
• A professional appearance and attention to detail
  
• The flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
