Reporting to the Executive Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence you will lead the governance prioritisation and delivery oversight of strategic change initiatives ensuring investment is focused on activities that create the greatest value for our clients colleagues and business.

What youll do

Youll be at the centre of transformation strategy execution - supporting how change initiatives are selected prioritised sequenced and delivered for maximum value. Youll lead a focused portfolio of business and technology change activity partnering with senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into practical delivery plans. The role blends portfolio management strategic planning governance and delivery oversight.

In this role youll:

• Translate business strategy into a clear andprioritisedtransformation portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning governance and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives across the UK and Northern Ireland.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps balancing short and long-term priorities.
• Oversee investment planning resource allocation and capacity management.
• Establish governance forums reporting frameworks and decision-making processes that support clear confident senior-level decision-making.
• Monitor benefits risks dependencies and portfolio performance.
• Build trusted relationships with Partners senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across portfolio management and delivery practices.
• Support the successful integration of change across the business.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of project and delivery professionals.

• Significant experience leading complex transformation portfolios or substantial programme portfolios with the appetite and credibility to step into a broader portfolio leadership role.
• Strong portfolio governanceprioritisationand investment planningexpertise.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled businesschange.
• Strong commercial financial and benefitsrealisationskills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing riskdependenciesand delivery performance.
• Strong communicationfacilitationand decision-making skills.
• Experience developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of AgileWaterfalland hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on outcomesinnovationand continuous improvement and the confidence to shape ways of working in a growing Transformation function.
• Relevant qualifications such asMoPMSP PRINCE2 PMPAgileor equivalent would beadvantageous.
