Swindon Permanent 19.50 22 Per Hour Bonus Overtime
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive bodyshop environment where standards are high quality is prioritised and long-term stability is genuinely on offer. You will be working as part of a skilled team carrying out a wide range of accident repair duties and ensuring vehicles are restored to the highest possible standard.
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural work.
Strip and refit vehicles (MET work) as required.
Work on a mix of insurance and private repair jobs.
Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards.
Take full ownership of jobs through to completion.
Work as part of a skilled and professional bodyshop team.
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience as both a Panel Beater and MET Technician.
Confidence working across both disciplines on a daily basis.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently within a well-structured workshop.
A quality-focused approach rather than a volume-driven mindset.
19.50 22 per hour depending on experience.
Bonus scheme.
