Summary:
The Principal Licensing Officer is responsible for providing technical leadership and professional expertise in the delivery of Herefordshire Councils licensing functions with a particular focus on premises licensing and taxi/private hire licensing. The postholder manages complex licensing cases provides specialist advice to officers and elected Members and ensures the consistent application of licensing legislation statutory guidance and Council policies.
