Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Brent seeking to appoint enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants from September 2026. This full-time role is ideal for graduates with experience working with teenagers who are looking to build valuable classroom experience and develop a career within education.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and play an important role in creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
The RoleAs a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide academic, pastoral, and emotional support to students across the school.
