Senior Children's Residential Support Worker Salary: £36,231 - £40,640 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month) Those huge small victories Working in our client's Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll provide guidance and support to the staff team, helping to maintain high standards of care and deputising for Team Leaders when required. We're looking for someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with young people and inspire colleagues through their leadership, resilience and compassion.
