Failure Analysis shift technician to join the FA team working back-end nights (12hrs: 7pm-7am; Wed Thu Fri & every other Saturday).
This position is a key member of the Failure Analysis team responsible for performing physical and structural analysis of wafers/samples using Optical microscope SEM FIB Plasma etcher and EDX. Full training will be provided on dayshift (Mon-Fri).
Key duties:
Performing SEM cross sections and imagingPerforming cross sections using FIBAnalysing wafers/samples with EDX Performing wafer de-processing using wet chemicals and/or plasma etcherPerforming optical inspectionsMaintain Failure Analysis and chemical laboratoryRequired
Ability to work effectively in teams and on own initiativeMethodical well-organised with ability to multitaskHighly motivated results and customer service orientedStrong written and communication skillsExperienced in Microsoft officeAdvantageous
