Our client is seeking a confident proactive and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to generate and progress lets from enquiry through to completion.

You will arrange viewings negotiate offers build relationships with applicants and landlords and help deliver a professional high-quality lettings service across Ruislip and the surrounding areas.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator

• Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across Ruislip and nearby areas
• Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords
• Progress agreed lets through to completion keeping all parties updated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and deliver excellent customer service

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Agent
• Strong sales negotiation and closing ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
• Proactive self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Ruislip Pinner and the surrounding rental market would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Well-presented ambitious and passionate about residential property
