The Infrastructure Finance & Advisory group advises clients on financing infrastructure projects and works with coverage product and sales teams to develop and execute financing solutions across transportation energy utilities and social infrastructure. The London-based team focuses primarily on Europe the Middle East and Africa and includes professionals with expertise in project finance bonds loans structured products and derivatives.
As a first-year Analyst in the Investment Banking Division you will support transaction execution and business development by preparing analyses and marketing materials coordinating deliverables and helping the team deliver high-quality advice to clients. You will receive training on-the-job learning and regular coaching from senior team members. The role provides exposure to acquisition finance greenfield and brownfield project finance refinancings restructuring and recapitalisations ratings advisory and capital structure work.
