About the Role:

As Director of Sales youll join the senior leadership team and drive a strong sales culture fostering collaboration across departments to create a sense of one team while building client relationships and unlocking new business opportunities..

Youll take ownership of sales targets and performance creating and implementing plans for short medium and long-term success and monitoring results across all relevant KPIs.

Youll focus on the corporate and MICE markets maximising yield in alignment with strategic goals. Youll also ensure marketing and promotional content remains up to date and engaging across all channels.

Youll manage your time across a range of activities including client visits telesales FAM trips showrounds and campaignsworking closely with central support and property teams to convert leads cross-sell and deliver standout experiences for new and returning clients.
