The purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of frontline civil engineering and construction operations. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will lead, coach, and direct site operatives while coordinating labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
