Registered Nurse (RGN) Complex Care 24 hours per week overtime 30-35 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide specialist one-to-one complex care for an individual client delivering safe compassionate and highly personalised support within a dedicated care environment.

Were looking for a nurse with proven experience in complex care including the confident management of tracheostomies and PEG feeding who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care.

Youll have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with your client while using your specialist skills to support their complex health needs. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working autonomously takes pride in clinical excellence and is committed to providing truly person-centred care.

• This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses
• Experience and training in Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is essential.
• This role DOES NOToffer Tier 2 sponsorship

Quick Role Snapshot:

• Pay: up to 35 per hour
• Hours: 24 hours per week including daysnights and weekends.
• Setting: Supporting the individual at home.

What Youll Need:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN)with active NMC registration.
• Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills in complex care and acute settings
• A caring professional approachable personality committed to high-quality care.
• Experience and training in Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is essential.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver safe effective compassionate nursing care to the client with a range of needs.
• Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues families and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Promote dignity wellbeing and a positive supportive environment forthe client
• Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practic.
