Restaurant Supervisor Ru
Belfasts newest restaurant Ru is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our opening team.
Born from two rich food cultures Ru blends bold Indian flavours with exceptional Irish produce. Our menu is a modern interpretation of Indian cooking vibrant seasonal and designed for sharing.
This is a chance to be part of something new from the ground up supporting the management team leading service on the floor and helping to create an exceptional guest experience. Located on Ann Street and open daily for lunch and dinner Ru will be the first to open amongst a number of adjoining venues including a pub cocktail bar and terrace vinyl listening bar and club space in 2026.
The role
As Restaurant Supervisor you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring smooth service leading the front-of-house team and maintaining high standards across all areas.
The rate of pay for this role is 14.30 per hour plus discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 500.
