BH Live is recruiting a Customer Operations Manager to join our busy team at BH Live Active - The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex.
Our Customer Operations Managers ensure everyone visiting our centre has a great customer experience, has fun and is kept safe.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations of the centre, whilst on duty and may need to be required to be on call for emergencies.
