Key Responsibilities Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support. Assist nursing staff with care routines and monitoring residents' wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace. Requirements Minimum 6 months experience in a care role. Ability to work at least 33 hours per week. Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature. Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available). Good level of English and basic IT skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compliance Requirements We will require a DBS check, and we can assist with this. Two satisfactory references are required before starting.
