Head of Commercial Property Midlands | Competitive Salary + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or an established Head of Department looking for a fresh challenge with genuine autonomy? I'm working with a highly regarded Midlands law firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Property to lead its well-established and successful team. This is a rare opportunity to inherit an existing client base, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the department. The firm has built an outstanding reputation for delivering practical, commercial advice while maintaining long-standing client relationships across the region. You'll be joining a collaborative, supportive culture where quality of service and client care are genuinely at the heart of everything they do.
