Registered Manager – Independent Living Development
About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our beautiful retirement living development at Williamson Court, Lancaster. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, care delivery, and operational running of the community, ensuring residents enjoy independence, dignity, and a vibrant lifestyle.
As the Registered Manager, you will provide strong leadership to your care and support team, uphold the highest quality standards, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
