Facilities / Project Engineer Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Ampthill, Central Bedfordshire BPSS to Start The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities / Project Engineer to join a leading global defence and aerospace organisation within the Rotary and Mission Systems division. Based primarily in Ampthill this role will also support sites in as required. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering a range of internal facilities projects involving electrical, mechanical, and civil works across secure operational environments. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Facilities, Security, Health & Safety, IT, and operational user groups. Key Responsibilities: · Supporting the development and delivery of internal facilities projects · Providing technical facilities input into project scopes and solution options · Assisting with the development of scopes of work for procurement activities · Producing and maintaining project plans and schedules · Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors · Reviewing contractor documentation and project paperwork · Supporting project management activities through to completion and business sign-off · Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with building regulations and company standards ...
